I've always liked petsmart n my dog loved it to. I love it mostly bc I could bring my dog with me.
The prices are not great, but not too bad.
There is a large assortment of pet products.
The customer service at this location is horrible. There is never anyone at the fish/reptile station. After asking for help I have waited 20+ minutes on several occasions. There are always dead fish in the fish tanks. I purchased 2 water snails and they were both dead. If this wasn't the only pet store close to me I would definitely not be going here. Pet co has a much wider variety of fish and products.
I like the store however, I am really unhappy with the grooming department. I am tight on money and when I made my dog an appointment, I said only bath and nails. They told me my total was 20. My husband goes and picks up the dog and they told him 40. I didnt have that extra 20 and they said they added on anal glands and ear cleaning. They never called and asked my permission and I didnt have the money. So I tried this grooming salon again a year but stayed nothing extra just bath and nails and I only had 20 dollars. Once again, they added on stuff and was 35.99. I was so mad but I couldnt get my dog w.o paying. I dont have extra money. I feel this is dishonest. I wont be back.
We're doing puppy training with Simon. The trainer is excellent.
