Love the store. It's just Amber in the pharmacy is always exetremely rude to certain customers. I didn't have any problems with her (I mean, she wasn't too friendly) but after I started picking up narcotics for my medical condition she huffs and puffs, rolls her eyes rude attitude etc. I made a complaint but it didn't help. I hate going there.. getting judged because I'm sick is an awful feeling.
Very upset with publix . I ordered a vegtable and dip tray for our office christmas party. I went to the store at 4 pm to pick up the tray for our 6 pm party. They could not find the tray . They looked all over for it. Then they finally figured out THEY HAD GIVEN MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!! They offered to me fix another one but could not do it until 7:30 pm because they were to busy. What? The party starts at 6 pm.. So I had to go to my DINNER party empty handed. Thanks publix you really helped me have a wonderful christmas time.
Very Very slow check out waited for at least 15 minutes in line then had to bag my own groceries. Terrible /Higher prices should mean more help. Wake up and quit being like Wal-mart.
I enjoy shopping at my Public. Everyone who works there knows me as I shop there all the time and have for years and all the employees are very helpful and kind. I can always find everything I need there and the prices are very competitive. I never heard to ask for someone to take my groceries out as they are always there without having to ask or wait. I love my Publix.
