WORST, WORST, WORST, WORST, WORST, WORST, WORST, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE TRYING TO CALL THE "LOCAL" STORE YOU CAN NEVER REACH ANYONE. YOU ONLY GET AN EXTREEEEMELY LONG VOICEMAIL ABOUT HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS AND HOW THEIR NOT GOING TO EVER BE IN THE STORE IF YOU HAVE PAID YOUR MONEY FOR AN ITEM AND NEED TO TALK WITH THEM. I HAVE HAD TO CALL THE 800 NUMBER 4 TIMES TO TRY TO GET ANY ANSWERS REGARDING AN ORDER THAT WE PLACED SEVERAL WEEKS AGO. THEY SENT A CARD TO OUR HOME SAYING THAT MY DAUGHTER'S GRADUATION INVITATIONS WOULD BE ABLE TO BE PICKED UP AT THE HIGH SCHOOL. HOWEVER, THEY GOT HER ORDER MIXED UP WITH ANOTHER CHILD WITH A SIMILAR NAME. MY DAUGHTER TRY TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THE MIX UP AS THEY BRUSHED HER ASIDE (I WAS ON THE PHONE AND HEARD THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION) THEN THEY TORE UP THE CARD WITH THE ORDER NUMBER ON IT. THE REASON THIS CARD WAS IMPORTANT IS BECAUSE THE 800 NUMBER WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM THAT MY DAUGHTER'S ORDER NUMBER WAS DIFFERENT SO WE HAD WRITTEN IT ON THE CARD FOR HER TO SHOW THEM UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SCHOOL. BUT SINCE WHAT SHE WAS SAYING TO THEM WAS NOT IMPORTANT, THEY TORE THE CARD UP AND THREW IT AWAY. LUCKILY FOR US, I HAD INSTRUCTED MY DAUGHTER TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE CARD WITH BOTH ORDER NUMBERS PRIOR TO GIVING IT TO THEM!!! CALLED THE 800 NUMBER AGAIN THEY HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR THE LOCAL OFFICE, BUT FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK. SOMEONE TOLD THEM TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY WOULD BE CALLING ABOUT MY DAUGHTER'S ORDER THE VERY NEXT BUSINESS DAY (MONDAY). THEY WERE GOING TO CALL THE VERY, VERY FIRST THING ON MONDAY MORNING. THEN THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF THIS $300 ORDER THAT WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. WELL IT'S WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AT 6:30PM AND OF COURSE..........NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME FROM THE "LOCAL" STORE TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION!!!! DON'T CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY OF YOUR CHILD'S GRADUATION NEEDS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST ORGANIZATION, WORST PROCESS EVER!!!

Called Thursday and needed assistance with my son's graduation items. A man answered walked me through the order process online. He took the time to walk me through it step by step and was very friendly as he spoke with me. I received confirmation that was order was accepted. Thank you for your help and your time! I was impressed with your attitude and service!

Called up to ask for assistance regarding getting a cap and gown. The associate made things very easy and very helpful.

I ordered graduation announcements on line (as it was an option). When they were to be picked up at the HS last week, my order wasn't there. I was told my order must have been turned in late...NOPE. Another rep told me online orders are processed separately. It would be shipped within a week, arriving to my home in 2 weeks. My son graduates in 4 weeks...geeez
