I have had several bad experiences with this company....the reception is rude and they need to hire a more friendly person to answer the phone most importantly! I will say there's a couple good drivers so if you ride take a name because some will make you second guess ever riding with yellowcab
I called, they were here in about 20 minutes at most. Driver was nice. I was able to pay with debit.
These people are HORRIBLE!!! I called Friday night to schedule a 4:50 am taxi for Saturday to catch a 6 am flight. When the taxi was 4 minites late I called them and they said they didn't have anything written down for my address. The lady put me on hold to "check something real quick" and then hung up on me after a few minutes. I called back and they wouldn't answered. I called a few more times and finally got a reply. The lady said they had a taxi on the way, when I asked how long until it would arrive she hung up on me AGAIN! I called twice more and they ignored my calls... So I ended up having to drive myself to the airport amd pay for parking. These people are rude and not helpful. And thank God I called because I could've missed my flight. You would think that with Uber putting up a good competition, these guys would be a bit more careful not to pull moves like this one. Stay away if you can.
I was so impressed with this company! I spoke with Felicia and she was so helpful. We were having a community service event and they came for free and answered all the kids questions and even let them sit in the car. Not only did they bring a car, but it was a squeaky clean Lincoln! The driver Eddy was great too. Thanks for caring about our community and helping kids better understand the taxi world. Thanks for giving back. My next taxi will be a Yellow Cab for sure!
