It's a "climate controlled" storage facility that holds all our stuff while we look for a home. It does what it's supposed to do, but as far as temperature regulation, it is always hot in the summer and cold in the winter. There is one AC window unit in each pod or section of roll up doors. I guess they are trying to keep cost down by letting temps fluctuate by 10-15° during the seasons.
If I have a real critique, it's that the price keeps going up. $5 here, $5 there. Maybe I didn't read the fine print.
Great customer service! Even though they were pretty full, they jumped through hoops to meet our needs. Danette was wonderful to work with and very helpful. We've used this place a few times and it's always been a great experience. Great location and easy access with friendly people willing to help!
Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Ben has been my primary point of contact and he solves problems quickly and effectively. The entire parking lot and storage facility is well lit, kept very clean, and has multiple flat carts available.
