Pizza is great. Delivery driver's very friendly & courteous! !!!!
The pizza is good but the manager is horrible and the service less than stellar. After trying to place an order after my previous order was 2 hours late and we were told our next order would be free, when trying to explain that to the manager when placing my order, he implied I was lying was very rude said he would not deliver to me and hung up. I was literally shocked. There pizza isn't that good and there are no words for that manager.
Use to be our go to pizza place. A year ago we moved about 5 min from our previous home (further away from the Taylor's store) we ordered a pizza the night we moved in with no issues although we were worried we may have moved outside of delivery area. We were so happy we tipped $10 for $20 order. This continued for a year and we order pizza at least 4 times a month and have always tipped $10. Tonight for some strange reason a female claiming to be the assistant manager very sternly told me "I can't accept your order. You are out of our delivery area". I tried to explain to her that we had been customers at this address for a year with no problems (don't most pizza places keep regular customer info anyway??). She had no apologies , no solution just dismissive and rude. I feel like a good company would have asked the store manager and since he was unavailable made an exception until further discussion could have taken place between customer and store manager. I've been a happy customer for 12 years and sadly because of the lack of customer service I will take my business elsewhere. I'll be sure to spread the word.
Great pizza. Little pricey but quality and service is well above standard chain pizza companies [IE dominoes papa John's pizza hut]. Can't go wrong with meat lovers or cheeseburger. Hand tossed crust or the extra thick are the best, not a fan of the thin crust myself. Great pizza great delivery and pick up. Solid pizza joint. Nuff said.
