Was initially thrilled, until I saw that even with a multiline discount,military discount,and a safe driving record I was paying nearly twice over what anyone I knew was. After cancelling my policy, and switching( saving roughly 600 a year) My wifes policy jumped, due to the amazing multiline discount, and she was told to expect further increases. My wife has been a customer for nearly 15 or so years, and I was a customer for nearly 4 or more. Despite the steep monthly payments, we were quite loyal,and happy with the staff ( they were always jovial,and easy going) In the end, however, we really felt like nothing more than a number, and that our concerns about our payments were inconsequential. I truly wish the staff the best, but have no use or trust for the company at large.
Im personally disappointed with Kristen Falcone state farm agent at this location. She was very anxious to get my money, doesn't return phone calls and is very rude in explaining the policy to me. After state farm got my money for this policy, I was unaware about some other conditions concerning my policy. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THAT LOCATION. People like her is a disgrace to State Farm.
Greg and his staff have always been so helpful to me. I've had my auto insurance with State Farm for about 3 years and I feel like there is always a new discount available to save on my policy, so even if my rate increases due to the driving habits of other SC drivers, at least they offer a discount to help lower my costs.
