This is possibly the worst walmart I've ever been to. Waited for 45 minutes while the cashier tried to get a manager to help her. We were purchasing items UNDER A SIGN that said 50% off and was the item listed as for sale. They tried to tell us it wasn't on sale. After 45 mins waiting it's on principle that I'm going to speak to a manager. Shocker.... He refused to come out of the offices to talk to us. I will NEVER return to this store even if i have to drive an hour away to get to another one. Doesn't even deserve one star.
It's a basic Walmart, the only suggestion I would have... Is that I think all of the super stores should get together and have them laid out the same way.. You walk into 1 and then another and they are all organized in different ways. Making them more uniform would make a better shopping experience.
Went to buy paint and unfortunately the person in that department had no earthly idea about paint. He was very nice though. The store is super clean and organized. Lots of workers offered to help if needed.
The customer service here is absolutely horrible! I even went in there to return something and a man was calmly complaining about not being able to use a moterized card for his disabled father because kids were using it as toys and the csm told the guy very rudely to leave the store. Very displeased with this store and wont be returning
Great inventory and usually well stocked. Good prices. I have one issue. The bathrooms. The bathrooms are a bloody nightmare. My female friend says hers is always dirty, and I can tell you the men's is. And the faucet in the men's room sink is broken and has been for three weeks. It sprays water everywhere. And when we have my godson along and want to use the family room - oh well. The light's in the family bathroom have been out for eleven weeks (we go every Sunday). We have also mentioned it to someone every one of those eleven weeks. As it is my Godson can only get a diaper change in the ladies. If they bothered to fix it I'd bump them up two stars.
