Christ-centered, gospel-preaching Reformed Baptist church. People are genuinely loving, and there are plenty of opportunities to serve.

They have expository preaching and hold to the London Baptist Confession of 1689. I'm presbyterian and I really appreciate the theology of this church. The people are very welcoming as well.

Nice

When I called I ask to speak to the pastor or Deacon and I was immediately interrogated by the lady that answered the phone. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and hateful from the beginning. She said she wasn’t sure if a pastor was there and I could leave my number yet refused to check if one was available. Mind you, I am crying and sobbing, praying to find encouragement here. She asked me why I wanted to speak to someone and I said “my family is going through such a hard time and I....” she cut me and with a huff and said “ma’am we don’t give out financial help!” I never called to ask for a single thing or dime. I never insinuated I wanted money. Or even mentioned money. Her assumption made me feel embarrassed. I called needing a church family, not money. I simply wanted to speak to a pastor to see if my family would be a good fit for this environment as we have a large family and my oldest is disabled. Assuming I was calling for money was rude, hateful, disrespectful and above all humiliating.

The Baptist churches in this area are all about money they maximize their money by doing Catholicism Joel Osteen type services it is all Catholicism They Don't Preach out of the Bible they don't say the name Jesus they baptized in the name of this name of that name of the other thing and therefore I go the name of Jesus Christ they are liars blasphemers to the Holy Spirit but they sure take communion that includes this one they turned Jesus Christ into merchandise a product to be sold salvation to be sold and a Las Vegas spectacular Show event get that money

We will find out church family. And I pray that it’s less quick to judge and rude as what I found here.

I called today to reach out in hopes of finding our forever church family. We have had terrible experiences with churches lately and were determined to find one to call home. We are going through such a hard time and I was drawn to call here. Something in my heart told me to call.
