Had to go back to have them to complete putting all the parts back onto my truck after they let me pay and leave with the truck. Good thing I looked.

Brought my car in for an alignmet. I was shown that a bar underneath was bent preventing them from doing the alignment. No problem. Called on a Saturday morning to make another appointment on the following Monday. I was told the repair would take no longer than 30 minutes plus another 45 for the alignment. Again, not a problem. I was also told the part was available for same day shipping. So I scheduled my appointment for 10:30am Monday and arrived on time. Here's where it gets bad. I sat there waiting TWO HOURS AND 45 MINUTES before they even pulled my car into the garage. Soon after the came to tell me they had the wrong part. They finally get the correct part and I make it out of there at around 2pm. That's 3.5 hours for a service that should have been less than 90 minutes. Definitely lost my business. Would NOT recommend.

Love this place. I trust only them to maintain my work truck. I travel around the country in it. So, it's very important. Highly recommend them

Chris and the gang there are first class. Brought in my two cars over the holidays for an front end alignment and each one took only about 30 minutes. I showed up there last Saturday without an appointment for an oil change and Bill took me in right away, also checked the lights, brakes all the while giving me maintenance tips for my car.

I brought my car to these guys a couple of times and have been happy with their work. My most recent visit was more frustrating. I brought my car in to have a leak fixed in my transmission. They did just that and I got my car back. They even helped me out on the price because they knew I'm student. When I got my car back the exhaust was hanging down so far that it hits every bump and the transmission is now slipping between gears. I brought my car back and they said that it's because my clutch is going bad. This is a big deal because they didn't do anything wrong. It's a big deal because they didn't tell me. There was a huge lack in communication. If they had told me before that my transmission needed rebuilt I could have taken care of it earlier and not spent 700 bucks on my transmission just to require 2,000 bucks later on. If you do business with them make sure that they tell you everything they find wrong with your car. Other than that they have very friendly service.
