I am giving this branch of Greer State Bank 5 stars for their excellent customer service. The staff is always nice and friendly and will do anything they can to help a client. I also love the fact that to get to my safe deposit box, I have to do a hand-print recognition. This allows the staff to continue serving other clients while we have access to the deposit box. They also have free popcorn on Friday as a perk. I will say that Greer State Bank's online banking is not the best I have used. I have to calculate when to send a payment to get there by the due date while other banking sites I have used allow one to choose the due date and it automatically sets the send date which I like better. Other than that, we love banking here!
